These terms describe Jeanne Marie Boudoir’s evergreen application offer and text-message program. Individual photography bookings are also governed by the booking agreement and payment arrangement provided before purchase. These website terms do not replace those agreements.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Applications must contain accurate information. Jeanne Marie Boudoir reviews applications and invites selected applicants to a consultation. Applying does not guarantee selection, reserve an appointment, or require a purchase.
Selected applicants receive $500 off the regular $695 session fee, reducing it to $195, and $500 off a collection priced at $1,500 or more before the credit. Images and products are purchased separately. The lowest eligible collection is $1,000 after the credit, bringing the combined session fee and collection total to $1,195 before applicable tax. Collection options and the full investment are discussed before booking.
All payments, including session fees and collection payments, are nonrefundable and nontransferable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Payments cannot be transferred to another person or booking. Review your booking agreement and payment arrangement before making a payment.
Sessions take place at the private studio in Tulia, Texas, Wednesday–Friday at 10:00 AM or 12:15 PM, subject to availability. Applying does not hold a date.
In-house payment plans are available weekly, biweekly, or monthly, with 0% interest and no credit check. Everyone is approved for an in-house plan. The amount, schedule, and payment deadlines are established in your payment arrangement. Third-party financing has separate approval requirements and terms.
If you opt in, Jeanne Marie Boudoir may send text messages about your boudoir application, consultation scheduling, and appointment reminders. Marketing and promotional texts are sent only with separate marketing consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
